hmm… now that’s a tough one. i can’t choose just one. well i love #16 because mustard yellow is just perfect. anything and everything looks better in mustard yellow. and i love the symmetry of it. but then i really love #21 because of the mystery of it, the earthyness, and it just seems so classy. the door knocker is so detailed and the ivy hanging down is just glorious. i’m sure i lived behind that door it’d be the background for many photoshoots.

Hey Court! Beautiful doors! I’m fascinated by them as well . Can’t wait to see the rest of your Ireland pictures! When I heard that you went there, I will have to admit I was slightly envious . Ireland and New Zealand are our dream vacation spots! I would have to agree with your first commenter that door #16 and #21 are my favs! #16: Love yellow doors. I am very attracted to the vividness of it againsst the white sides and the darkness beyond the side designs. #21: Beautiful! I’m sure the house that door belonged to was spectacular. Looks like a door from Narnia . Also, it appears as if it has hair…ivy hair…how cool! Chase answered your question that he would be a blue door, and if I were a door, I’d be yellow…so welcoming that all would come on in and pay me a visit! I love company

Well, the colorful ones are all delightful; the last one with the Ivy does remind me of The Secret Garden, but there needs to be more ivy. I also liked #19 because of the reflection in the window above the door. But, I went with #6, the black door, as my favorite. I like the door knocker; it reminds me of an illustration in my ancient copy of The Christmas Carol that Scrooge thought resembled Marley. I like the hint of outdoors with the plants on both sides. Hope to see more Ireland pics; have always wanted to visit there!

I would be door number 5
Reasons: Blue is my favorite color. I also feel as though blue describes me. It can be a calming baby blue, and yet it can also be an electric blue that is a lot of fun.
Also, number door number 5 has some cracks and yet it is STILL beautiful.

Oh man! They are all so fun, it’s hard to pick! I wish we had colorful doors like that all over the place in the US! I think my favorite is probably #15 – I just LOVE that color blue. It’s just so sweet and fun. If I were a door, that’s probably the color I’d want to be painted.

I liked each door, however #21 holds a bit more intrigue and wonder. I feel this door is calling for all to enter through and come explore the secret garden that waits beyond this closed door. Knock and the door shall open – Seek and you will find.

#21. I love the dark wood color it’s very rustic. I also love the vines growing down like a secret garden! Although I can’t say I’d love the spiders and bugs n the vine… :/ oh well ha!!

OOOOOOohhhhh man, the yellow one just screams happy, sunny, bright and cheerful…definitely picking #16. Sounds like your trip was UBER amazing!

I would have to be #21 because it is a classic -go with almost anything- while still being unique. There is a hint of romance and intrigue with the ivy and the bricks. The warmth of the brown and the slightly worn look (esp. around the bottom) make it feel inviting and generous as if many feet have moved over that path to be welcomed by a warm smile, gentle hug, and a cup of tea waiting on the other side. That is how I want be, to live my life with elegance and my own unique style while still being open and inviting, generous with what I have been given and thankful for the opportunities that come my way. I want romance in the day to day and a little intrigue or mystery never hurt anybody either.

I love door # 7. It is just a beautiful deep shade of purple! I like it because it reminds me of my grandmother and I sure do like her I hope I win cause I would love a nice photo from Ireland, because I was never able to print mine!

I love door 17! It is totally a color that goes with every season! Purple just screams “A REALLY COOL AND FUN COUPLE LIVE HERE AND THEY AREN’T AFRAID TO PAINT THEIR FRONT DOOR SUCH A BOLD COLOR!” (that was the door screaming)

If I could be a door? I’d be door #4. Because green is my favorite color, and I imagine it to be calming, earthy, and welcoming. I like the #4 color better than the green #11, just because it appears a bit brighter! ‘Cause green can be FUN, too! If I was a door, I would paint myself #11 green and hope for lots of visitors!

I love bright colors but when I put them in my home I often get tired of them quickly and go right back to the softer tones. When I pick images out of magazines or websites I often choose things that could come right out of Southern Living. So, after much consideration, I think my door color would be number 9 (but number 1 would be a close second!). I think this door looks calm, subtle, happy, timeless… and beautiful. It’s a little shy and doesn’t want to stand out as the brightest, but it adds color and individuality. I love the details, it has a mail slot and I love the knocker as well. It looks welcoming and I would feel calm and comfortable walking through that door. I think I could live as this color for a long time.

If I were to be one of those doors, it would be number twenty–the white one. It’s classic and rustic at the same time. The simplicity of it says regal and formal, but the chipped paint at the bottom says familiar and welcoming. That’s how I like to think of myself Plus all the knockers, doorbells, and mail slot make it look slightly confusing to enter; a little mystery and challenge is always good in order to enter a girl’s heart.

Hmmm number 4 because hey its ireland so where else would a green door be better ! Luck of the irish baby )) but also number7 how cool would it be to be the wierd people with the allllll purple house )))))

As far as colors go, I A-DOOR #12 (haha, did I seriously just make a door joke??? Uh, I need more sleep), but I absolutely love how #21 looks…I think that if I was a door, I would look like #21, but I wouldn’t be brown. I’d be many different colors. Why? Because people would stop to take a second look, and then they would get out their cameras and take lots of pictures of me, and then they’d post those pictures of me (as a door) on their blogs.

#16, It doesn’t have a door knob which is really cool and different from all the rest. It catches my eye..It’s like *scrolling through pictures of doors* BAM! yellow door!!! haha (; plus how sweet would it be to have a bright yellow door! I mean, REALLY!

Apparently, I’m also scatterbrained. First I want to be #4 green, and then I said #11 green. I REALLY want to be #4 green! But green is green, and as long as someone keeps me painted green, I’m happy. Because I’m also a go-with-the-flow, create-no-waves type door. Peaceful.
