It’s Monday. Whether we like it or not. The east coast got pounded by a hurricane over the weekend, thankfully we only got rain and some wind. But people in other parts of the east have been without power and some have even lost their homes. It’s so crazy! Lately I have been listening to some of my favorite music and meditating on some awesome Scripture all about trusting Jesus.”Trust in the Lord forever, for the Lord God is an everlasting rock” (Isaiah 26:4), “The Lord is my strength and my shield; in Him my heart trusts and I am helped: my heart exults, and with my song I give thanks to Him” (Psalms 28:7). So I thought I’d give away one of the cds that I’ve been loving. It’s Hillsong United’s latest cd. The title Aftermath sorta seems fitting after the storm and the songs are all about trusting the Lord, clinging to Him, good stuff like that.
